Lesson Booking and Cancellation Policy

- Lessons are 60 minutes long and must be booked in advance.

- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

- For subscribers, lessons can be rescheduled but we cannot guarantee the fulfillment of all lessons in the subscription due to scheduling constraints.

- No rescheduling is available for single lesson bookings.

- If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notification, the lesson will be considered as canceled.
Technical Requirements Students are expected to have a reliable internet connection, appropriate microphone equipment, and a suitable device for the best experience during lessons.
No Trial Period We do not offer trial or test lessons.
Inquiry for Availability New students must email us to inquire about lesson availability before subscribing.
